Harrison Group Hotels

The Harrison Group owns and operates 10 hotels in Ocean City Md. I designed this current version of their hotels and Ocean City vacation site.

Data informed many of the design decisions on this site. Using analytics and A/B testing I was able to tweak the design to get as many conversions as possible.

I also designed the front-end of the reservation system that helped grow online reservations in 2011 by 20% over 2010. My design was used as the basis for the front end of the RezEz reservation system.

All of the Harrison Group Hotel sites are managed using the Expression Engine CMS equipped with Muliple Site Manager. This allows them to share content throughout all the hotel sites including specials and events.

I was responsible for research, writing, design and coding.
